So the other day I was talking to my daughter while she sat in my lap and all of sudden I thought it would be funny to "play dead" So I went slack let my tongue loll out and let my head fall to the side.
Iris said "Daddy?"
she took my head in her hands and shook my head, she lifted my eyelids and moved my head from side to side. I gave no response. She said my name a couple of times and gently patted my face trying to get a response. She stopped to listen to my chest for my heartbeat.
Then she sat up and full on slapped me in the face and said "snap out of it!"
When my eyes opened in surprise she nodded at me said "that's better." and walked out of the room.
